About Jamie
With over 15 years of professional experience in education as an early interventionist, inclusion specialist, researcher, field supervisor, parent educator, and higher education faculty, I am a seasoned facilitator who advocates for equity and justice.
My scholarship in education focuses on transformative learning for children that honors their identities, histories, and lived experiences through family and community partnerships, anti-racist and culturally sustaining curriculum and pedagogy. I believe in the vision and power of beloved community in creating and sustaining just learning spaces. My approach to facilitation centers humanizing pedagogies and unconditional positive regard. I believe that we learn best in community and that we all hold responsibility to disrupt inequitable systems and leverage our privilege to be advocates toward social justice.

My Approach
My mission is to engage with individuals and communities to create movements toward liberation and justice for all. Education has the power to drive transformative change and promote healing. I am dedicated to providing the necessary tools and support to support partners make a meaningful impact.
